Selling Quite A Few Horses

Posted by C.A. Lynch at 10:14 PM on July 14, 2009 Comments comments (0)

I have decided to sell quite a few of my models. I'll be moving soon and I don't want these guys to sit in storage if I end up not having the display room. I also have decided to focus my collection a bit more and these are the odd-ponies-out. The price next to each horse reflects the cost, shipping and insurance.

I'll leave them up for sale here for a few days before putting them on eBay, but they are already listed on MH$P.

Pictures of most of these can be found on this website. If you would like more information, send me a message or an e-mail. All models, unless stated otherwise, are photo show quality. I have never shown live, so I will not make an assumption. I try to keep my models in the best possible condition and can list for you everything that I might think of as a flaw in a message.

SAFARI

brown Shetland Pony $5

buckskin Arabian foal $5

bay Arabian foal $5

bay Clydesdale foal $5

SCHLEICH

palomino Tennessee Walker $6

brown Camargue foal $6

BREYER

fleabitten grey Warmblood SM $6

blood bay Andalusian SM $6

06' JAH Morgan "Mosaic" $12

06' JAH Appaloosa "Quarterflash" $12

06' JAH AmSad "Third Time's A Charm" $12

I also have a lot of random mini whinnies and GC micro minis for sale for $3. It's approximately five or six horses. I can provide details if interested.

Also, I have two models which are unidentified at the moment. They look like Traditional Breyers, but are a knock-off brand. They have small black marks and such, so they'd be good bodies or shelf pieces. I can take pictures if anyone is interested.

Finally, I have two damaged Breyer Stablemates. One is the rearing black Arabian. His leg is broken, but I have the leg. It was a clean break, so it probably wouldn't be all that bad looking after it gets repaired, I just don't have the time. The second is a bay standing Thoroughbred with a chipped ear. I do not have that piece. I will sell them together for $5. That price includes shipping for both models.

I am open for trades, but I am only looking for specific things. If you would like to trade, message me, but don't be upset if it isn't something I am looking for at the moment. I realy love Mustangs and Appaloosas. I'll also entertain most draught horse offers, so long as it isn't something I already have in my collection.

More Updates

I added new pages for the online horse SIM games I play. So far, so good. It helps me keep track of everyone when it comes to showing and it provides people with an easier way to view more specifics of my barns.

Also, you'll notice lots of new photos in the albums. Some of them aren't actually new, but I am trying to build up an image catalogue so that I can organise my collection better, so forgive the low quality of a few images. I tried to go through and name some horses that I couldn't remember off the top of my head. I'm still working without my laptop, so I have no access to the actual names and breeds of all of my models. The lists all needed updating, anyway. If you can remember me saying a different name and/or breed for a horse, though, please let me know. Thanks.

I still have a long way to go until my page is finished, but I'm getting there slowly. Oh, the JAH Saddlebred and blanket Appaloosa are both for sale, in addition to the fleabitten grey warmblood and buckskin Safari foal. If you're interested, let me know before I finally get around to putting them up on eBay.

New Photos

I posted some new photos in an album displaying a few of my first customs. The Appaloosa foal will always be one of my favourites. I've been thinking of purchasing some stripped models to work on my painting, but not sure.

First Entry

I have moved most of my website content over to this website for the barn. Not all of the images are uploaded to the photo gallery. This will take anywhere from one day to a week, depending on how much extra time I have in my life. Check back to this blog often for updates and random musings.
